At Coralia, every order is carefully prepared and packed with love from California. ♡ As a small business creating limited, handmade and thoughtfully designed pieces, we take extra care to make sure your order is ready to reach you safely.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

At this time, Coralia ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery time begins once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You can also reach out to us at heycoralia@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Coralia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed, we'll always do our best to help.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We carefully package every order before it leaves our hands. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at heycoralia@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and item.

For packages that are lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible.
